Online Booking with Vagaro

Our instant booking is a new function available for guests.

Before using the new online booking system, please review some of the following guidelines to ensure that you are using and understanding the system properly:

• Prices shown on the app are starting prices. Prices may vary at checkout, depending on length of hair or work involved.

• If you have any questions about services please give us a call before submitting your request for appointment. PureNV will accommodate the request to the best of our ability but cannot guarantee a full service if the appointment was improperly booked.

• A deposit is required prior to booking.

• If you are late for your scheduled appointment, we will try to accommodate you, but please understand that your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened: Full service fees will apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The courtesy of a 48 hr. cancellation notice is required. Cancellation can be done by phone 905-388-0100 ext. 1 or email. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of appointment 50% of the appointment will be charged to the guest. If an appointment is marked as a “no show” it will be charged in full as a result. All charges will need to be paid before next appointment can be booked.  Also, a future appointment will not be able to booked without a card on file. We appreciate your continued support.
