    PLAN YOUR VISIT

    Please arrive for your scheduled appointment on time. You may wish to arrive a little early and enjoy our beverages.
    You can look through our latest fashion, fitness, and wellness magazines, or browse through our retail area and choose your favorite Aveda products. Be immersed in our relaxing environment and enjoy the experience. If you are late for your scheduled appointment, we will try to accommodate you, but please understand that your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened: Full service fees will apply. If you must cancel your appointment, we request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance so that we may accommodate another guest who may be waiting for a service.

    Each appointment begins with a thorough consultation scalp and neck massage, relaxing shampoo, conditioning emollients, haircut, style and makeup touch up for women and rinse for men. Our trained service providers will talk with you to learn what you are looking for from your experience. We listen to your needs and design the service to compliment your lifestyle, making your experience positive and comfortable. It is our goal to do what we can to make your day a little bit better.

    Please advise the staff of any medical conditions or allergies you may have prior to your service. After your service, we offer to pre-schedule your next appointment so that you will always receive the date and time most convenient to you and the service provider of your choice.

    PureNV Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items or for items left behind after a visit to the salon.

    We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Debit and Cash for payment of services.
